These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and ZSS99 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the ZSS99 website located at https://zss99.cam and any associated mobile or desktop applications (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, accessing any page of the Platform, or placing any bet, wager or game stake, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
ZSS99 is an online gaming and sports betting platform offering casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets covering Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other sporting events. The Platform operates under applicable international licensing. ZSS99 does not hold, and does not claim to hold, any licence issued by any Pakistani government body, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), or the State Bank of Pakistan.

To register and maintain an Account on ZSS99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
ZSS99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or permanent closure.
Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The opening of duplicate, multiple or linked Accounts by the same individual is prohibited. ZSS99 may close duplicate Accounts, forfeit any balances held therein and restrict the individual from re-registering.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address and any other information requested in the registration form. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Changes to registration details must be updated through your Account settings or by contacting support.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or any one-time access codes with any other person. ZSS99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. ZSS99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit copies of a government-issued identity document, proof of address, and where applicable proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time we deem appropriate. Failure to complete KYC verification satisfactorily will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is complete.
All financial transactions on ZSS99 are conducted in accordance with the cashier policies published on the Platform. The following general conditions apply:
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the point of transaction. Deposits must be funded from a payment source held in your own name. ZSS99 does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits are generally credited to your Account promptly, though processing times may vary by payment method.
Payment provider names referenced on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are mentioned solely as familiar references for Pakistani users. Their appearance on this Platform does not constitute endorsement of, affiliation with, or support for gambling activities by those providers.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are shown in the cashier. ZSS99 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified in the cashier, which may vary by payment method. Withdrawals will only be paid to an account or payment method registered in your own name.
Your Account Balance may be displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or another supported currency as shown in the cashier. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are applied at the time of the transaction. ZSS99 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
ZSS99 does not typically charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. Any applicable fees will be disclosed in the cashier before you confirm a transaction.
ZSS99 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:
All bets and wagers placed on ZSS99 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or game. These rules are made available within the relevant section of the Platform. The following general rules apply across all products:
Bets on cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other sports markets are settled in accordance with ZSS99's sportsbook rules. Settlement is based on official results as recognised by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or any other exceptional circumstance, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules applicable to that specific market.
Casino games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Live dealer game results are determined by real-world outcomes at the relevant live table. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed within the game itself or in the game's information panel.
In the event of a software or system error, ZSS99 reserves the right to void any bets or game rounds affected by the error. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is the governing principle. ZSS99 will not be liable for system interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed within the relevant game or betting market at the time of placing a bet. ZSS99 reserves the right to set individual Account stake limits at its discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ZSS99 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of Account balances and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the ZSS99 Platform, including but not limited to the ZSS99 name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, software, text, game titles and their respective audiovisual elements, is the intellectual property of ZSS99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without ZSS99's prior written consent.
Game content is provided under licence from the respective game studios and software providers. All rights in those games remain with the applicable rights holders.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZSS99 and its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms limits ZSS99's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
ZSS99's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ZSS99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It should never be used as a means of generating income or addressing financial difficulties.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting ZSS99 support. Before closure is completed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Real Money Funds remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via the payment method on file, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding compliance holds.
ZSS99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where:
Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, ZSS99 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Real Money Funds not subject to a legitimate compliance hold will be returned at ZSS99's reasonable discretion.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZSS99 holds its applicable operating licence. Disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
Before initiating any formal dispute, Users are encouraged to contact ZSS99 support in writing at [email protected] to allow ZSS99 an opportunity to resolve the matter informally. ZSS99 will endeavour to respond to formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
ZSS99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ZSS99 will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or an on-Platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the revised Terms take effect.
